Countdown to mass production of flexible perovskite super factory! Consumer photovoltaic+commercial aerospace dual wheel drive

"When a technology is chosen by both space and consumer scenarios, its mass production is destined to be more than a simple copy."

The 30-day countdown to mass production has officially started!

Tape-out of 6 million pieces of flexible perovskite mass production line enters final sprint

Shangrou New Energy’s “consumer photovoltaic + commercial aerospace” dual-wheel drive strategy is fulfilled

Let flexible perovskite not only integrate into the lights of thousands of homes, but also go towards the sea of stars

1.Commercial spaceflight breaks out and we have started commercial cooperation

In the past 10 years, the compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of the number of global spacecraft launches has exceeded 34%; the number of global spacecraft launches in 2025 is expected to exceed 4,300, with the SpaceX Starlink constellation contributing to the core increase. According to statistics reported by the International Telecommunications Union (ITU), the current number of low-orbit satellite registrations worldwide has exceeded 100,000, covering multiple large-scale satellite networking projects such as Starlink and China’s GW constellation. Photovoltaics are the only efficient and stable energy source for satellites. Solar wings account for more than 60% of the value of satellite power systems. However, the cost of traditional gallium arsenide technology is high (200,000-400,000 yuan/square meter), making it difficult to support large-scale constellation deployment. With its core advantages of ultra-light weight, ultra-high energy-to-mass ratio, and low cost, perovskite has become the best alternative for space photovoltaics.Shangrou has laid out everything from PET-encapsulated civilian products to PEN/PI/UTG glass-encapsulated extreme environment scenarios. At the same time, it actively develops formula structures that are resistant to high and low temperature cycles to adapt to the extreme high-frequency temperature cycles of "low-orbit satellites" (temperature difference 200-300℃/90min).

In September 2025, Shangrou completed the sales of 1000cm2 level large-area flexible samples with a national energy research unit and started verification work. It has already conducted multiple rounds of space environment simulation tests, and is expected to conduct flexible large-area perovskite space demonstration this year.

In October 2025, Shangrou and a research institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences launched the first round of sample demonstration, loading multiple pieces of 35cm*35cm flexible perovskite into a commercial airship for empirical testing. It is expected that after the mass production line is launched, a new round of large-scale aerospace demonstration will begin.

2.AM0+AM1.5 test center launched

In order to meet the dual scenario needs of "commercial aerospace + consumer electronics", we have simultaneously launched two top testing centers in the Gigafactory, which will be open to visitors during the Perovskite Factory Forum in March 2026!

AM0 level space environment testing center:It accurately reproduces the original solar radiation of the universe (1367W/m², spectrum 200-4000nm), and lays out a series of equipment such as [vacuum environment chamber] [high UV/infrared ratio AM0 light decay simulator] [negative pressure high and low temperature cycle test chamber] to provide extreme environment reliability verification for aerospace-grade products.

AM1.5 level ground photovoltaic test center:It complies with the solar radiation standard IEC 61730/IEC TS 63163/IEC 61215/ISOS for ground consumption scenarios, ensuring efficient and stable output of consumer electronics, outdoor energy and other products.

3.Two-wheel drive, commercial layout covering all scenarios

Based on the same core technology platform, Shangrou has built a clear business path:

Upward alignment with national strategies:Focusing on commercial aerospace and extreme environments, we provide ultra-light, flexible and highly reliable customized energy solutions to position ourselves in the trillion-dollar space photovoltaic blue ocean;

Penetrating downward into people’s livelihood consumption:Combining cost + efficiency + aesthetics in consumer electronics, wearable devices, outdoor mobile energy and other fields, we can overcome the Internet of Things and distributed energy forms and battery life bottlenecks, and achieve "inductive energy supply".

4.Sincerely invite cooperation to jointly develop a new blue ocean of flexible energy

Mass production is imminent. Shangrou not only defines the quality standards of flexible perovskites, but also looks forward to seizing the opportunities of the times with industry chain partners and industry colleagues.

In March, the Gigafactory will be officially open for tours. We sincerely invite you to witness the dual test centers and mass production lines to explore new possibilities for cooperation in the dual tracks of "consumer electronics + commercial aerospace".

Shangrou's answer is always the same: let energy move with the shape and emerge without boundaries. This is a technical feature and a commitment to the future.

Please stay tuned and wait and see!
